Methodology
How LumaRitual scores a product
The preview score is not a lab claim or a medical verdict. It is an editorial buying signal that weighs how a product fits a real routine, how clear the brand promise is, what buyers repeatedly report, and whether the price makes sense.
The five scoring factors
Routine fit
Does the product belong in a repeatable morning, night, recovery, travel, or body-care routine?
Brand clarity
Are the claims understandable, specific, and easy to compare against the product page or packaging?
Ingredient/material story
Do the ingredients, materials, or mechanism match the way people actually use the product?
Buyer signals
What do customers repeatedly praise, question, compare, or complain about?
Price/value
Does the price make sense against alternatives, size, repeat use, and expected role?
Seal meanings
SUPER — 90–100
Strong first-look fit across routine, buyer signal, visual clarity, and value.
EXCELLENT — 85–89
Promising product with strong signals, but still needs comparison or category context.
STRONG — 80–84
Worth watching, but price, use case, or buyer friction needs more explanation.
What the score is not
- Not medical advice
- Not a clinical test
- Not a promise of results
- Not based only on brand claims
- Not final until a full editorial review is published
